Where does Explorer ship to?

At Explorer, we offer free shipping throughout New Zealand.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are processed during standard business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm) and will typically be dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm NZST. If your order is placed outside business hours, your order will be processed the following business day.

Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

What are your delivery timeframes?

If you are based in the North Island your order will typically arrive within 1-2 business days from dispatch.

For South Island deliveries, delivery is generally 2-3 business days from dispatch.

Please note, these delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please allow an additional 2 days to these times for all rural deliveries.

How do I track my order?

Orders are sent by PBT Couriers & are fully trackable. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is prepared by our warehouse team.
