Terms & Conditions - Social Media Sign-Up Giveaway

1. Eligibility:
1.1. The Social Media Sign-Up Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to individuals who are located in New Zealand.
1.2. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of the organizers and sponsors of the Giveaway are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry:
2.1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must sign up to our Mailing List via the Join Explorer form.
2.2. Participants must ensure that their entry complies with the instructions stated in the Giveaway post and any additional requirements specified by the organizers.
2.3. Only one entry per person is permitted for the Giveaway. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

3. Winner Selection:
3.1. One winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.
3.2. We will do our due diligence to ensure the selected winner has met all the requirements of the competition.
3.3. The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the draw date.
3.4. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days or fails to comply with the Giveaway's terms and conditions, an alternate winner may be selected at our discretion.

4. Prize:
4.1. The prize for the Giveaway will be clearly stated and described in the Giveaway post or accompanying promotional materials.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5. Publicity:
5.1. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow us to use their names, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Giveaway without any further compensation or consent.

6. Privacy:
6.1. Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent, except as required by law.
6.2. Participants have the right to request access, review, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the organizers.

7. General Conditions:
7.1. We reserve the right to modify the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
7.2. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Giveaway.
7.3. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release us from any liability arising from or related to the Giveaway.
7.4. This Giveaway is not endorsed, sponsored, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Inc. (formerly known as Facebook, Inc.).
